Fees: Editing of English
The rates are as follows:First editing
---GBP 3.43 per 100 words for the first 7000 words of your document
---GBP 2.92 per 100 words for words over 7000
Quality control
---GBP 1.00 per 100 words
Quality control is not applied in every case. We find that some papers are fairly well-written and in that circumstance, first editing is sufficient and we do not charge for quality control. Quality control is essential for papers for which first editing is difficult.
We charge in this way to reduce costs for you. We find that in most cases, one round of editing and quality control is sufficient to bring the English in your document up to a publishable standard. This is in contrast to some other companies, who advertise a single fee yet involve you in a number of rounds of editing and run up enormous costs to you without regard for your budget.
Fees: Assessing Logic and Flow of Argument
The rate for assessing logic and flow of argument is £75.00 per hour. Clients should specify what parts of a document are to be assessed at the time of submission.This service is not available for students preparing a thesis or dissertation for submission for a degree.
Fees: Editorial advisory service
Editorial advice is available at a standard rate of £55 per hour.
Administration Fee
There is a standard administration fee of £12 to cover processing costs.
